At the moment of delivery, start a new period of life. Fetus, who was cared very well by her mother during the pregnancy, comes into a neonatal period. After the delivery, a newborn needs an appropriate medical care in order to help it in this important adapting period. Our team of neonatologists, who is presented on every delivery, performs a primary reanimation and postpartum care of every newborn. Our contemporary medical equipment gives appropriate:

· thermoregulation (warmer, radiant heater, water mattress)

· monitoring of vital functions

· special intensive care (in premature babies born after 34 GW and other various newborns who need this kind of treatment)

· phototherapy (bili-bed and conventional)

· jaundice monitoring with bili-check (non-invasive transcutaneous bilirubinmeter)

· additional laboratory examinations with micro methods

The contact between a newborn and its mother is realized immediate after the delivery in the maternity room or operating room (if the delivery is done using spinal anesthesia that is one of the great benefits for this kind of anesthesia)
