The Clinic for Orthopedics is leaded by Mrs. Stefanovska Ivanka M.D. The clinic is consist of two departments:

Department for Densitometry and Osteoporosis

 

The department is equipped with a densitometry device named LUNAR Prodigy ADVANCE with the following possibilities and appliances:

· Estimate of density of a spinal column and hips — diagnosis and observation of an osteoporosis

· Densitometry of a whole body — applied at methodical examinations and screening of a bone density in bone illnesses such chronically, endocrinology, corticosteroid therapy and etc…

· Morph-metric analysis of a spinal column in a side and A-P position

· Analysis of implants in a hip

· Child densitometry with a separate software for children

Department for Orthopedics

 

The department is equipped with a ultrasonographical  device named LOGIC 5 PRO with the following appliances:

· Clinical and ultrasonographical examinations of children and adults

· Screening of child hips (Clinical + Echo)

· Preserved treatment of inborn bow foots (plaster redressments)

· Punction and application of intra-articular injections

· Shock-Wave Ultrasound therapy application for treatment of around articular mutations
