The biochemical laboratory enables a complete laboratory service for our hospital needs, for our clients, so and for everyone who care for his health, young or old, sick or healthful.

Monitoring of vital organs functions could be done using a wide specter of a general and specific biochemical analysis.

In our laboratory you can make a complete blood count with 18 parameters (using Cell Dyn 1200, Abbot). In urgent situations the results are done in a very short time.

Coagulation factors (blood time, fibrinogen, Pro-thrombin time) are done using DiaMed CD 2. This factors are necessary in investigations before surgical interventions.

Also, the laboratory makes a complete urine test, qualitative and sediment under a microscope. Also, electrolytes are determined in urine, (K+, Na +, Cl -) glucose, urea, creatinine, proteins.

Test for a early pregnancy detection are done in blood or morning urine.

The biochemical analysis: glucose, urea, creatinine, serum Fe, cholesterol, triglycerides, total proteins, albumins, transaminases, alkaline and acid phosphatase, rheuma factor, electrolytes, urinary acid, glycolysis, hemoglobin, are just a part of analysis done in this laboratory.

The gas analysis is a part of surgical and post-surgical processes. The same one is done using PhOx Nova, a gas analyzer, in 23 parameters (expended with hemoglobin, haemocryoscopy, lactates, glucose, electrolytes)

Besides abovementioned ones, the laboratory in our hospital can offer a wide diapason of investigations as follow:

· Endocrinologic parameters / reproductive hormones: Еstradiol, LH FSH, Prolaktin, Progesteron

· Thyroid hormones: TSH, T4, fT4, T3, fT3

· Tumor markers

· Infective Screening

· Immunologic status and specific proteins

· Allergens, medicaments, drugs determination

· Microbiology

· Other specific markers, if necessary or asked by your doctor
