Abstract about Prima-Med
The valuation of labor skills regarding to health condition of some individual person is very importing to estimate appropriate labor possibilities. This is a continued and dynamic process of permanent monitoring biological characteristics of an organism and needs of some labor place. The estimation of labor possibilities gives an answer on many questions regarding to possibilities of doing job without any dangerous for worker and his environment. The medical examinations are designed for all workers who are recruited no matter of place and type of job. The examinations are selected in two categories: · Previously medical examinations · Regular periodically medical examinations, connected with an appropriate term (every 6 months; one year; 24 months) regarding to kind of job. The goal is to find any change in a health condition of some worker that be contraindicated to his current working tasks and to find signs of some professional illness. The inobservance of the abovementioned examinations by an employer is sanctioned as a trespass and penalized by the Law. This clinic works as a registry in cooperation with the Macedonian Health Fund. The registry of Labor Medicine has cooperated with 35 companies, has done about 5000 periodical examinations (about 1800 examination by year). The registry has about 1300 patients and done 13000 examinations (over 5000 examinations by year). |
